Delcoma at the Top of his Field

 John E. Delcoma, CPC, Director of Pre-Planning for the Toland-Herzig Funeral Homes of Dover and Strasburg has again been nationally recognized as a leader in the field of funeral pre-planning.
Delcoma has recently returned from the national pre-need sales conference for Monumental Life Insurance where was recognized as the #5 pre-planning counselor in the company. There are over 600 pre-need counselors across the United States and Canada affiliated with Monumental.
Not only was he cited for his knowledge, integrity and skill, but, as a ''Top Five'' counselor, Delcoma was inducted into the prestigious 2000 President's Circle. As a member of the President's Circle, Delcoma was a featured panelist during an idea-sharing symposium, which served to better educate the other funeral directors and pre-planning counselors in attendance.
The only Certified Pre-planning Consultant (CPC) in Tuscarawas County, Delcoma has been a licensed funeral director and embalmer with Toland-Herzig since 1994. In only his first full year working with Monumental Life, this is the second year in a row that he has been honored by the company for being a top counselor.
The conference was held March 4-7 in Charleston, SC.
