''Service First - A Timeless Point of View''
December, 2001
Thank you for visiting our website -
Since the beginning of the Toland-Herzig Funeral Homes in 1929, our sole focus has been to better serve families. We have continuously worked to improve our facilities, as well as expand the many services we offer. Our staff goes to great lengths to ensure that each service is distinct and exceeds the expectations of every family we serve.
In September 2000, we proudly opened the Toland-Herzig Monarch Center, the area's premier business meeting and family gathering place. At that time, I announced plans to bring products and additional services to our communities to help the hurting, promote healing, and to assist others in helping those experiencing the pain of grief.
It is in that spirit that we introduce our Monarch Collection. The Monarch Collection includes books and resource material to assist and educate families, school systems and others about grief and bereavement. In addition, we are also offering memorial tributes including our signature Memorial Tribute Videos, keepsakes, jewelry and other products that will assist families in honoring and remembering the life that was so important to them.
Another facet of the Monarch Collection focuses on pet loss. We continually receive phone calls and visitors who inquire about pet caskets, urns, books that deal with pet loss, as well as markers and monuments for pets. We have spent a great deal of time and effort in locating products specifically designed for pets.
We are making these products and services available online as well as displaying selected products at our funeral homes and Monarch Center. By making our products available on our website, we believe it makes it very convenient to view the Monarch Collection 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and most importantly - in the privacy and comfort of your own home.
The Monarch Collection is, quite simply, one more way Toland-Herzig can better serve you.
Sincerely,
John
