Herzig Praised for Work on First Federal Bank board

 FFD Financial Corp., parent of First Federal Community Bank, conducted its annual meeting of shareholders recently.
Richard J. Herzig was named Director Emeritus in recognition of his 31 years of service to the Board of Directors. Herzig was originally elected to the bank board in January of 1971. He has been involved as a director in the nearly 10-fold growth of the company since then. Len Gundy of New Philadelphia replaces Herzig as Director. |
