Helmsdoerfer Enjoys OSU National Title Game

Our own John Helmsdoerfer and his family were part of the large contingent of Ohio State fans from our area who made the trip to Tempe, Arizona for the Tostitos Fiesta game versus the University of Miami.
Helmsdoerfer, a longtime die-hard Buckeye fan, has been to dozens of OSU games - including many tilts with Michigan, but couldn't remember a game this special.
''It was just amazing to be there and be a part of this National Championship,'' he said. ''I've been to so many games over there years, and there have been some great ones - but this is something I will never forget.''
