Kettles & Caring Open House 2005
December, 2005
The 2005 ''Hope for the Holidays'' Kettles and Caring Open House was a huge success. Toland-Herzig staff members helped raise nearly $1,000 in cash by braving frigid temperatures and ringing the bell at the Salvation Army kettle outside the Toland-Herzig Monarch Center on Friday, December 16. The open house also helped collect canned food products to help re-stock the Army's food pantry.
In addition to warm drinks and holiday sweets, folks had the chance to visit with Toland-Herzig staff, including Director of Bereavement Services, Todd Little who shared his thoughts on grieving during the holidays. |
