Amy Lynn Grimm, 38, of Dundee, died Thursday, Jun. 26, 2003, in her home with her family at her side.
Born Nov. 20, 1964, she was the daughter of Lloyd E. and Ruth M. Roth of Port Washington. Amy was a 1983 graduate of Indian Valley South High School and the Kent State University nursing program. She was a registered nurse, having been employed by Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, and Walnut Hills Retirement Community, Walnut Creek.
Amy attended Winfield United Methodist Church. She loved animals, gardening and nature. Some of her favorite pastimes were horseback riding and hiking.
In addition to her parents, survivors include her loving husband and son, Tim W. and Andrew Grimm; step-children, Jonathan and Maria Grimm; three sisters, Marilyn (Jeff) Stocker of Gnadenhutten, Coleen (Scott) McMath of Gahanna, and Kathy (Glenn) Carlisle of Winfield; a niece and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Monday, Jun. 30, 2003, at 11 a.m., in Winfield United Methodist Church, with Rev. LuAnn Youngman officiating. There will be a meal in the church immediately following the service. A private committal will be held later in Dover Burial Park.
