Ann Lucy Neiger

Ann Lucy Neiger, 86, of New Philadelphia passed away on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at Union Hospital Cleveland Clinic.

Born on September 15, 1935 in Dover, she was the daughter of the late Domenico S. and Melita (DiSanto) Pallotto.

Ann was a graduate of Dennison St. Mary Catholic School with the class of 1954.

She married Eugene L. “Gene” Neiger on July 5, 1958. He preceded her in death on June 29, 2013. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Lori Neiger, and her sisters, Lucy Wilhelm, Mary Vansickle, and her brother, Dom Pallotto.

Ann was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in New Philadelphia where she was active with the Alter Society and the Christian Mothers. She was a homemaker, but had worked as a waitress at Perkins and the former K-Mart in New Philadelphia.

She leaves behind her daughter; Diane Carlisle (Fiance, Steve Laizure), granddaughter, Ashley (Brian) Eichorn; great-granddaughter, Harper Eichorn; sisters; Cilta Griffith, and Tina (Jim) Mathias; her former sister in-law, Nancy Pallotto; along with many loving nieces and nephews.
