Anna M. Hadorn

Anna M. Hadorn, 90, of Dover passed away at her home, surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, February 25, 2025.

Born on February 26, 1934 in Cadiz, Ohio she was a daughter of the late Walter and Pearl Donley Colburn. Anna was also preceded in death by her first husband, William Morris in 1974; second husband, Edgar Hadorn in 1997; children, Vicki Grewell, Malea Santana, Stephanie Teague, Robert and Michael Morris; brothers, Bob, Walter, Tom and Jim Colburn; grandchildren, Matthew and William Morris; three nieces and a nephew.

She retired from Union Hospital after 30 years of service. Anna was a warm, caring, sarcastic and stubborn mother who dearly loved her family, and enjoyed spending quality time with them. She also enjoyed playing cards, listening to country music and relaxing on her back porch while feeding the birds.

She is survived by her children, Valerie (Joe) Lefler of Midvale, Billy (Diane) Morris of Columbus, Margaret (Butch) Barnhart of Dover, Gerald Morris of Dover, John (Jody) Morris of Uhrichsville, Charles (Kathy) Morris of Pennsylvania; sisters, Rose (Jim) Stephens of Uhrichsville, Jayne Hawk of Dover, Becky (Jim) Hauber of Cambridge; 37 grandchildren, 49 great grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews, with a special thanks to Jennifer Flaherty.

Cremation has been entrusted to the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover. There are no services or calling hours.
