Annabelle Loos, 87, of Dover died Wednesday, March 15, 2017 in the New Dawn Retirement Center at Dover.
Born February 6, 1930 in Dover she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Viola Hisrich Johns. Annabelle was also preceded in death by her husband, Donald Loos on October 9, 2009; son in law, Carl Mehaffey; brother, William Johns and sister, Rosemma Pealy.
She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church and the Red Hat Society. Annabelle enjoyed square dancing with Donald and camping with family and friends. She and Donald spent many years camping at the Springwood Campground in East Sparta.
A wonderful and loving mother and grandmother, Annabelle will be sadly missed by her two daughters, Debra Mehaffey of Dover, and Barbara (Kelly) Sanders of Utah; son, Mark (Lora) Loos of Dover; five grandchildren, Bryan Mehaffey, Christopher and Cody Loos, Clayton Ry Sanders, Breanna Leigh Sanders; great grandson, Xavier Dean Carmany-Mehaffey.
Cremation has been entrusted to the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover. Private family graveside services will be held at a later date.
