Anne Elizabeth Winters

Anne Elizabeth Winters, 58, of Dover died suddenly Thursday, November 18, 2010 at Union Hospital.

Born November 4, 1952 in Dover, she was the daughter of the late William and Elise Hadorn Winters.

Anne graduated from Dover High School in 1970. She later received her bachelor�(TM)s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana.

She was a caregiver at Better Home Health Care in New Philadelphia and Tender Touch Home Health in Dover, where she loved spending time with all of her clients. Anne also enjoyed painting ceramics and giving them away as gifts.

She will be sadly missed by her two brothers; Dr. Stan (wife, Jeannie) Winters of Newcomerstown, and Rev Charles (wife, Keet) Winters of Hazlehurst, Mississippi; her nieces and nephews; Rachel Winters, Ila Winters, Eric Winters, Suzanne Tomasi, and Steven Winters, as well as several aunts and uncles.

In addition to her parents, her two brothers, Phillip and Thomas Winters, precede her in death.

A celebration of Anne�(TM)s life will take place at the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory in Dover on Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at 11:00 am with her brothers, Dr. Stan Winters and Rev. Charles Winters, officiating. Friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 9:00 �"11:00 am. Following the funeral service, cremation will take place.
