Arthur F. "Frank" Nalley, 67, of Roswell, died Thursday, May 1, 2008, in his home, following a brief illness.
Born. Jan. 20, 1941, in Barnesville, he was a son of the late Arthur and Bertha Cramblett Nalley. Frank was a retired construction worker, having been employed by Leggett & Harr Siding of New Philadelphia for some twenty-five years. He raised and kept pigeons, a hobby he enjoyed since he was a little boy.
Survivors include three daughters, Karen (Richard) Mansfield and Cynthia (Keith) Colvin, both of Uhrichsville, and Amy (Randy) Campbell of Bowerston; two sons, Michael (Shari) Nalley of Bowerston, and Mark (April) Nalley of Uhrichsville; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Deloris Menefee and Peggy (Dave) Weaver, both of Barnhill; three brothers, William (Barb) Nalley of Gilmore, Robert (Polly) Nalley of Scio, and Jimmy (Karen) Nalley of Newport; many nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog, Bootsy.
In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Shaw Nalley, in 1998; and by four sisters, Shirley Hockenberry, Alice Baumgardner, Glenna Snively and Martha Huff.
A funeral service will be held Monday, May 5, at 1 p.m., in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory, 246 E. High Ave., New Philadelphia. Burial will be in Evergreen Burial Park, New Philadelphia.
