Audrey R. Baker

Audrey R. Baker, 82, of Dover died Saturday, July 12, 2008 in the Park Village Health Care Center.

She had retired from Quicksall and Associates where she was a Bookkeeper and Secretary.

Born April 24, 1926 in Zoar she was the only child of the late J. Stanley and Ruth Eberly Baker.

Audrey was a member of Good Hope Lutheran Church in Zoarville where she served as a Sunday school teacher and was the church treasurer for many years. She was also a 1944 graduate of Dover High School. Audrey was well known for her love of helping others especially at the Reeves Museum and at Dover elementary schools where she would volunteer her time.

Audrey is survived by many cousins and dear friends.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at 1:00 pm in the Ft. Laurens Cemetery at Bolivar with Pastor Mary Jean Molnar officiating. Friends can call in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Homes and Crematory at Strasburg on Tuesday from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.
