B. Joan Hall, of New Philadelphia, died Monday, October 16, 2000 in her home.
A homemaker for most of her life, Joan had also worked locally for General Electric, Allied Machine and the former Kreisher's Drug Store in Dover.
Born September 24, 1929 at New Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Edgar & Myrta Gartrell Beans.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church at Dover.
Joan is survived by her husband, Tom Hall, with whom she celebrated 47 years of marriage on August 19.

A public graveside service will be held Thursday, October 19, at 12 noon in the Dover Burial Park with Rev. Joe Glassner officiating. There are no calling hours. There will be a reception following services in the Toland-Herzig Monarch Center. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Tuscarawas County.
