Barbara Ann Hult

Barbara Ann (Maxwell) Hult, 76, of Dover passed away on Friday, February 16, 2018 at the Inn at Northwood Village in Dover.

Born on October 1, 1941 in Dover, she was the daughter of the late Maurice and Virginia (Evans) Maxwell. She married Virgil Gustav Hult, whom she celebrated 22 years of marriage before he died on May 1, 2001.

Barbara Graduated from Dover High School with the class of 1960 and later attended Averett College. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church. She was also a member of the Eastern Star and the Dover Historical Society.

She will be sadly missed by her sister; Peggy (Mike) Day of Aiken, SC; her niece, Michelle (Chris) Isherwood; nephew, Matthew (Nora) Day; great niece, Grace Isherwood; and great nephews; Logan and Maxwell Day.

A celebration of Barbara’s life will take place at the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory in Dover on Friday, February 23, 2018 at 11:00 am with Pastor Matt Eggerton officiating. Interment will follow at Dover Burial Park. Following the service of committal, a meal will be served at the Toland-Herzig Monarch Center in Dover.
