Beatrice C. Blickensderfer

Beatrice C. “Bea” Blickensderfer, 86, of Dover died Thursday, December 13, 2007 at the Park Village Health Care Center.

She was a waitress at Union Country Club for 23 years.

Born January 7, 1921 in Dover she was a daughter of the late Clatta and Florence Beaber Lengler. Bea was also preceded in death by her husband, Milton Blickensderfer; daughter, Ginny Brick and two infant sisters.

She was active in St. Paul�(TM)s Community Church at Mineral City and was also a member of Ruslin Hills Church. Bea was an avid bridge player and belonged to the YOB Club.

A wonderful mother and grandmother, Bea will be missed by her three daughters, Cynthia (Kenny) Ryan of Dover, Judy (Tom) Karl of New Philadelphia and Sandy (Roger) Ray of Dover; brother, Edgar (Martha) Lengler of Dover; sister, Donna (Levi) Raber of Strasburg; 11 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, December 17, 2007 at 2:00 pm in the Dover Burial Park with Rev. Jon Johnson officiating. Friends can call in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Homes and Crematory at Dover on Monday from 12:45 to 1:45 pm.
