Bernard W. "Bub" Ward, 52, of New Philadelphia died Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2012.

Born Dec. 8, 1960 in Avella, Pennsylvania, he was the son of George Perry Ward Sr. and the late Loretta Harrington Ward.

Bub was an avid fisherman.

He is survived by two brothers Lloyd of Uhrichsville and Roy of Canton; two sisters, Flossie Dick of Pennsylvania and Eva Merriman of Canton and a sister in law Saundra Ward of Dover.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a brother George Ward Jr. and two sisters, Margaret Merriman and Bertha "Kay" Adkins.
