Betty J. Hepner

Betty J. Hepner, 68, of Dover died Friday, September 26, 2003 in the Hennis Care Centre at Dover.

Born May 18, 1935 in Coshocton she was a daughter of the late Martin and Esta Pretizieus Stingel.

She was a member of Winfield United Methodist Church.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband Fred L. Hepner Sr. who died on September 29, 1999.

She is survived by four daughters: Barbara (CSM James) Green of Ft. Knox, KY
Lora (Mark) Loos of Dover
Pamela Hepner of Dover
Donna Walton of Dover

Son: Fred (Stephanie) Hepner Jr. of DeSoto, Texas

Five grandchildren: Jason and Nathan Green
Chris and Cody Loos
Nichole Walton

Two sisters: Hazel (Gene) Fisher of Winfield
June Felps of Magnolia, Mississippi

She was also preceded in death by four brothers; Delbert, Harold, John and Donald Stingel.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2003 at 11:00 am in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home at Dover with Rev. Lu Ann Youngman officiating. Interment will be at the Dover Burial Park. Following the burial a reception will be held at the Toland-Herzig Monarch Center. Friends can call at the funeral home on Monday from 6-8 pm and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
