Billy Joe Tice

Billy Joe Tice, 20, of 146 W. Main St., Apple Creek, died Thursday, November 11, 1999 following injuries sustained in an auto accident.

He had been employed by the Stark Truss Company at Canton, where he worked in the Special Products Division.

Born August 11, 1979 at Dover, he was the son of Arthur E. Tice of Dover and Mrs. Ken (Vickie Shaw) Rex of Apple Creek.

He attended Sugarcreek Free Methodist Church.  Billy was a car enthusiast.  He enjoyed woking on car engines, buying and selling cars, and even had an extensive collection of Hot Wheels cars.  An outgoing and loving person, Billy touched the lives of everyone who knew him.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his fiance, Reyna Fair, of Strasburg.

Other survivors include: 2 brothers, Arthur Tice, Jr. of Apple Creek, and Todd Nathan Tice of Warsaw, a step-sister, Jackie Rex of Shreve, maternal grandmother Mildred Shaw of Strasburg, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by: paternal grandparents, Roy & Jenny Tice, Jr., maternal grandfather Robert Shaw, and an infant sister, Beth Ann Tice.

Funeral services will be held Monday, November 15, at 11:00am in Toland-Herzig Funeral Home, Dover with Rev.
