Bret E. Gaff

Bret Edward Gaff, 48, of San Diego, California and formerly of Canton died Dec. 6, 2016 following a brief illness.

Born April 24, 1968 in Canton, Ohio, he was the son of the late Gary Gaff and Patricia (Contini) Higginbotham. He is survived by his stepfather, Nelson Higginbotham. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Oma Gaff and Peter and Martha Contini.

He is survived by two children, Bret and Halie Lindemann; five sisters, Beth Anne (Gaff) Beal, Ashley Higginbotham, Suzanne Fedorka, Amy Harman and Ellen Schlabach and several nephews most recently Ethan Blu.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, January 14, 2017 beginning at 2pm in the Calvary Cemetery at Dover. There are no calling hours.
