Carol A. Myerchin

Carol A. Myerchin, 83, formerly of Mansfield, passed away on Friday, June 10, 2022 in the Community Hospice Truman House.

Born on March 27, 1939 in Warren, Ohio she was a daughter of the late Harold and Alice Tisserand Patterson. Carol was also preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Myerchin on December 19, 2020; and her brother, Kenn Patterson.

She graduated with her Bachelors of Science degree from Ashland University and received her Master’s degree from Kent State University. Carol was an Elementary School Teacher for the Triway Local School District, having retired with 40 years of service. She was a faithful member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Ashland, and in her spare time, she enjoyed reading, gardening, listening to music and cooking.

Carol is survived by her sister, Karen (Nelson) Wallis and many nieces and nephews.
