Charles F. Krebs

Charles F. Krebs, 95, of New Philadelphia died Saturday, January 14, 2017 in the Walnut Hills Retirement Community.

Born December 9, 1921 in Dover he was a son of the late Homer and Edna King Krebs. Charles was also preceded in death by his wife, Wilma F. Krebs on December 14, 2004 and two brothers, Paul and Donald Krebs.

Charles was a Dairy Farmer for almost 70 years; he had a passion for working the land and taking care of his cows. He was a member of Dennison Foursquare Gospel Church.

A wonderful and loving father and grandfather, Charles will be sadly missed by his children, Carol (Scott) Yoss and Charles W. (Amber) Krebs both of New Philadelphia; grandchildren, Ryan Yoss; Zane, Shiloh and Shayla Krebs; great grandchild, Banks Yoss and sister, Gloria Kleinhen of Aurora.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 17 at 2:00 pm in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover with Pastor Rod Phillips officiating. Interment will be at the Dover Burial Park. Friends can call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
