Claire Louise Barrett Linard

Claire Louise Barrett Linard, 70, formerly of Weinsz Dr., Dover, died Thursday, October 11, 2001 in the Twin City Health Care Center.

Born December 9, 1930 at Dover, she was daughter of the late Daniel & Thekla Miller Baum.

Claire Louise was a member of St. Johns United Church of Christ at Dover. She was a 1948 graduate of Dover High School and studied music at Hiram College. A former member of the Tuscarawas County Board of Elections, she also enjoyed playing Bridge and knitting.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Wallace A. Barrett, who died July 1, 1976 and by her second husband, James E. Linard who died October 10, 1981.

In addition to her parents and husbands, Claire Louise was preceded in death by an infant son, David Barrett.

Funeral services will be held Monday, October 15, at 11:00am in Toland-Herzig Funeral Home, Dover with Rev. Steve Daniels officiating. Interment will be in the Dover Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9pm.
