Clarence C. Hadorn Jr., 84, of New Philadelphia went home to be with the Lord, and to be reunited with his loving wife on Monday, January 4, 2021.
He was born on August 4, 1936 in Dover and was a son of the late Clarence Sr. and Mary Moser Hadorn. Clarence was also preceded in death by his wife, Patricia “Patt” Hadorn on February 23, 2019. He was a 1955 graduate of Dover High School, and proudly served his country with the United States Army from 1959 until 1965. Following his discharge, he was employed at Joy Manufacturing having retired after 38 years of service. Always one to stay busy, Clarence enjoyed driving the ambulette with United Ambulance following his retirement from Joy. He was a member of Jerusalem Church, J.I.R.A. where he served as president and was a 4-H advisor.
Clarence is survived by his children, David Hadorn of Beach City, Todd (Mitzi) Hadorn of Florida, Patrick (Jennifer) Hadorn of Wooster; sister, Marilyn (Robert) Brown of New Philadelphia; grandchildren, Tyler and Tanner of Wooster, Hunter and Tory of Florida.
Private family services will be held. Public visiting hours will be on Wednesday, January 13th from 5-7 pm in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover. Due to Covid-19, masks and social distancing will be required.
