Curtis L. Stull

Curtis L. Stull, age 39, of New Philadelphia, passed away Tuesday, October 1, 2024.

Born July 17, 1985, in Dover, he was the son of Patty Egler Stull Wissman of New Philadelphia, and Richard L. Stull. Curtis attained the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America. In 2003, he graduated from New Philadelphia High School, and went on to attend WyoTech, an auto mechanic school, in Blairsville, Pennsylvania. He was a mechanic by trade, but was presently employed by Beech Design & Manufacturing in New Philadelphia. Curtis married the former Julie L. Colburn on May 18, 2013.

Curtis loved the outdoors and some of his favorite pastimes were camping and fishing. He also enjoyed playing video games.

He will be dearly missed by his parents; his wife, Julie; his son, Graham; his brother, Bruce Stull; and his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Shirley and Hubert Egler.

Curtis will be cremated through the care of the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory, Dover. His cremated remains will be buried privately in New Philadelphia’s East Avenue Cemetery. The family will hold their own private time of remembrance.
