Danny Dale Ford

Danny Dale Ford, 65, of New Philadelphia passed away on Monday, December 29, 2014 at Union Hospital following an extended illness.

Born on February 6, 1949 in Dover, he was the son of the late Edward Dale and Betty Mae (Mahaffey) Ford. He was also preceded in death by numerous aunts and uncles.

Danny attended Midvale High School. He was an avid sports fan and especially loved the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Survivors include; his girlfriend, Barbara Septer of Dover; two brothers, Robert (Joyce) Ford of Barnhill, Michael (Tammy) Ford of Midvale; his aunt, Sally (Dave) McMath of Uhrichsville; five nieces and nephews, April (Mark) Nalley of Roswell, Gary Ford (companion, Crystal), Jim (Paula) Ford of Midvale, John (Tina) Ford of New Philadelphia, and Michelle Miller of Dover; along with 17 great nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call at the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory in Dover on Tuesday, January 6, 2014 from 4:00 pm until 5:00pm. Immediately following calling hours a meal will be served at the Toland-Herzig Monarch Center.
