David E. Winkler, Jr.

David E. Winkler Jr., 56, of Uhrichsville died on Monday, January 25, 2016 at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Presbyterian.

Born on December 13, 1959 in Dover, he was the son of the late David E. Winkler Sr. and Phyllis Winkler, Daniel Winkler, and a sister, Cheryl Winkler Wright.

He graduated from New Philadelphia High School. David served our country in the United States Army during the Desert Storm War. He also served in the Army Reserve until 1994. He retired as a truck driver for Artic Express in Columbus.

David was a member of God's Family Church in Dover. He enjoyed karaoke and mountain man reenactment.


In addition to his mother, Phyllis of New Philadelphia, he will be sadly missed by his five children;
