David L. Kimble

David L. Kimble, 73, of Dover passed away suddenly at his home on Monday, October 11, 2021.

Born November 7, 1947 in Dover he was a son of the late Donald and Mary Harmon Kimble. David was also preceded in death by his brother, Mark Kimble.

He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War and was a life member of the New Philadelphia VFW. David retired from Central Allied as a heavy equipment haler for many years.

He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Nancy Basiletti Kimble whom he married on September 19, 2003; children, Melanie (Sam) Jennings of Magnolia, Matthew Kimble of Kent, Daniel Kimble of New Philadelphia; step-daughter, Rhonda (Jim) Harding of Dover; brothers, John Kimble of Tippecanoe, Gail (Susan) Kimble of Dover; two grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Cremation has been entrusted to the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover. There are no services or calling hours.
