Dean Benjamin Ferguson

Dean Benjamin Ferguson, age one month and two days, beloved son of Tabatha J. Ferguson of Strasburg and Aron A. Swartz of New Philadelphia, passed away Saturday, June 9, 2018, in Akron Children’s Hospital where he had been taken after a sudden and unexpected illness.

Dean Benjamin was born May 7, 2018, in Dover. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Blake Cogar; his grandparents, Ben and Kathy (Porter) Ferguson of Strasburg and Dave and Tammy (Alexander) Miller of New Philadelphia; many aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents on both his mother’s and father’s sides.

Family and friends are invited to call at the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory, Dover, on Thursday, June 14, 6 - 8 p.m.. Dean Benjamin’s life will be celebrated in a service Friday, June 15, at 11 a.m., in the funeral home. Burial will be in Grandview Union Cemetery, Strasburg.
