Delores I. Charnock

Delores I. Charnock, 66, of Strasburg died Wednesday, January 31, 2001 at Aultman Hospital following a brief illness.

Born December 28, 1934 in Strasburg she was a daughter of the late George and Thelma Hess Stoll.

She was a member of Strasburg United Methodist Church and the Bunco Card Club. She enjoyed swimming, playing cards and spending time with her grandchildren.

Delores is survived by her husband William ''Red'' Charnock with whom she celebrated 49 years of marriage on December 25, 2000.

She is also survived by two daughters: Denice and Mark Griffith of New Philadelphia

Sister: Joan Winkelman of Pickerington, Ohio

Six grandchildren: Melissa, Brenton and Tony Griffith
Vanessa, Jayna and Eric Watkins

One great grandson: Zachary McCalla

She was preceded in death by two sons: Timothy and Erick Charnock

Two daughters: Sondra and Rebecca Charnock

Two sisters: Sylvia Pittman and Juanita Stoll

Two brothers: Roy Dale and George Stoll

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2001 at 1:00 pm in the Strasburg United Methodist Church with Rev. Steven Court officiating. Interment will be in the Grandview Union Cemetery at Strasburg. Friends may call at the Church on Saturday one hour prior to the service.
