Donna Lovett

Donna J. Lovett, 84, of Dover passed away early Sunday, October 28, 2018 at Aultman Compassionate Care.

Born on November 23, 1933 in Canton, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Mildred (Canterbury) Schuck. She graduated from Greentown School. On June 27, 1953 she married Kenneth A. “Ken” Lovett, who preceded her in death on July 18, 2016. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Floyd Shuck.

Donna enjoyed traveling and camping. She also loved crafting, quilting, and and was a talented seamstress.

She will be sadly missed by her four sons; David (Pam) Lovett of North Canton, Louis (Doris) Lovett of Alliance, Ronald (Denise) Lovett of Strasburg, Kenneth (Darlene) Lovett of East Canton; her daughter, Sharilyn (Jim) Barnhouse of Dover; eight grandchildren, Matthew, Jessica, Chad (Lindsey), Jason, Stephanie (Mike), and James (Amy) Lovett, Jennifer (Dan) Messenger, and Danielle (David) Patterson; three great-grandchildren; her sister, Sharilyn (Jim) Tomsho of Mogadore; along with a special nephew, Greg (Cathy) Tomsho.

Friends are invited to call at the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory in Dover on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 from 11 am until 12 pm. A celebration of Donna’s life will take place on Wednesday at 12:00 pm with Dan Messenger officiating. Burial will follow next to Ken at Sunset Hills burial Park and Memory Gardens.
