Eileen Hatcher, 79 of Dover died Tuesday, January 11, 2000 at the Hennis Care Centre following an extended illness.
She was an LPN at Union Hospital and also helped her husband run Chucks Chicken in north Dover for many years.
Born December 6, 1920 in Orillia, Ontario Canada she was a daughter of the late Arthur and May Orr Bunce.
She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church and the Eastern Star, both in Dover.
Eileen was preceded in death by her husband Chauncy Hatcher who died on March 8, 1994.
She is survived by two daughters: Sharon Hatcher of Atwood.
Gale and Jim Carner of Chagrin Falls.
One son: Tom and Mandy Hatcher of Tampa, Florida.
Four grandchildren: Lindsey, Joel, Lauren and Annie.
She was also preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 14, 2000 at 11:00 am in the Grace Lutheran Church at Dover with Dr. William C. Haggis officiating. Interment will be at the Dover Burial Park. There are no calling hours. The Toland-Herzig Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
