Eleanor D. Lambert

Eleanor D. Lambert, 94, of Dover passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at the Inn at Northwood.

Born September 26, 1924 in St. George, West Virginia she was a daughter of the late Albert and Frankie McNeill Denison. Eleanor was also preceded in death by her husband, Harlan Lambert on May 15, 1971, and a brother.

She was a retired teacher, and was a member of the Maryland Retired Teachers Association, Ohio Retired Teachers Association and the Community Baptist Church in Dover.

Eleanor is survived by her brother, Howard Denison of Dover; sister, Martha Shober of Maryland, and many nieces and nephews.

Cremation has been entrusted to the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover. Private graveside services will be held at a later date.
