Elizabeth Komaromy, 94, of Port Charlotte, Florida and formerly of Seton Square in Dover died Monday, April 16, 2001.
Born June 9, 1906 in Sharpsville, Pa., she was the daughter of the late John and Barbara Phillips Ceto.
She was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church in Dover. She was also formerly active in the American Legion Auxiliary, Blue Star Mothers, VFW Auxiliary and the Strasburg Service Star Mothers.
She was preceded in death by her husband John Komaromy along with two sons, Jesse and Julius Komaromy; a daughter in law Norma (Gross), and a grandson, Michael Komaromy, two brothers and two sisters.
She is survived by two sons, Arthur Komaromy of Port Charlotte and James (Marilyn) Komaromy of Kensington, Maryland and daughters in law Alice Komaromy of Arlington, Va., and Marilyn Komaromy of Hemit, California and seven grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday at 11:00 am in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home at Dover with Rev. Jeffrey Lee officiating. Interment will be in the Dover Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday from 9-11 am.
