Ethel J. Burrier

Ethel J. Burrier, 77, of the Park Village Health Care Center and formerly of E. 2nd St., Dover, Ohio died Saturday, Sept. 22, 2001 in Union Hospital following a brief illness.

Born February 11, 1924 in Tuscarawas County, she was the daughter of the late William and Mildred Steffe Buckohr.

Ethel was a 1941 graduate of New Philadelphia High School.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul G. Burrier who died June 1, 1986.

She is survived by two sons and one daughter

Thomas A. (Ann) Burrier, Paul D. Burrier, and Jane (Robert) Harstine all of Dover.

Three grandchildren Sara Stockert of Strasburg; Brett Burrier and Matthew Harstine both of Dover.

Three sisters Linda (Walter) Willoughby and Norma (Bob) Celce both of Dover and Mary (Jim) Destefani of New Philadelphia and her aunt, Halsene Bergquist of Dover.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2001 at 11 am in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home at Dover with Rev. Steven Court officiating. Interment will be in the Dover Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 7-9 pm.
