Eula B. Reynolds

Eula B. Reynolds, 97, of New Philadelphia passed away on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at Park Village Health Care Centre, where she had been a resident for 10 years.

She was born on May 1, 1917 in Elizabeth, West Virginia to Walter and Mary Smith.

She retired from the Valley Manor Nursing Home in 1980, where she went beyond the call of duty in caring for residents. She was known for her serving heart and kindness not only at Valley Manor, but in her everyday life. She never turned anyone away that was in need. She attended Dover First United Methodist Church.

She will be deeply missed by her daughter; Loretta Reynolds of New Philadelphia; son, Ronald (Sarah) Reynolds of Dover; grandchildren, David (Jody) Reynolds, Elizabeth (Michael) Ernest; great grandchildren, Dylan and Nathan Reynolds, Will, Gabriel, Luke and Lydia Ernest; along with her ex-husband, Vincent Reynolds of Uhrichsville.
She was preceded in death by her brothers; Otha, Basil, Denver, Homer, Walter, Dale, Hayes, and infant brother, Okie Smith; sisters, Ethel Copeland, Esther Cunningham, Lorena, and Gladys Smith.

The family would like to express their heartfelt thank you to the entire staff at Park Village Health Care Center and Community Hospice for the love and care they showed toward their Mother and Grandmother.
