Frances C. Moser

Frances C. Moser, 82, of Dover passed away on Saturday, April 3, 2021 in the Park Village Health Care Center, South Side.

Born May 29, 1938 in Dover she was a daughter of the late George and Helen Knisley Bair. Frances was also preceded in death by her husband, Alvin E. Moser on April 23, 2009; son, Ronald Moser; brother, George Bair, and brother in law, Roland Minnis.

Frances worked as a kindergarten aid at East School in Dover for over 20 years. She was a dedicated member of Grace Lutheran Church where she attended bible studies, and helped with funeral luncheons. She was also a member of Jaycee Wives and enjoyed going to the Senior Center. Frances was a creative person who had a passion for painting and crafting.

A wonderful and loving mother and grandmother, Frances will be sadly missed by her children, Gale (Denny) Limron of New Philadelphia, Lori (Jerry) Keller of Reynoldsburg, Steven (Tina) Moser of Florida; daughter in law, Sue (Jeff) Moser-Seifert of Strasburg; sister, Alice Minnis of New Philadelphia; 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 9th starting at 11:00 am in the Grace Lutheran Church with Pastor Dan Cammarn officiating. Interment will be at the Dover Burial Park. The family will be greeting friends on Thursday from 5-7 pm in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover. Due to Covid-19 masks and social distancing will be required.
