Grace M. Terry

Grace M. Terry, 75, of New Philadelphia, died Sunday, December 23, in Union Hospital.

She retired from Union Hospital after 25 years of service. She was also a registered dental technician having worked for several area dentists.

Born May 26, 1926 in Dover, she was daughter of the late Rowland G. & Edith Menapace Curtis.

Grace had been a longtime member of the Emmanuel Lutheran Church in New Philadelphia where she had been past president of the ELCW. Locally, she had most recently attended the First Lutheran Church at Strasburg.

She was a member of the Union Hospital Retirees, Dover Historical Society and the Salvation Army Auxiliary.

Grace is survived by: two sons; Stephen Terry of New Philadelphia & David Terry of France, two brothers, a sister, five grandchildren and many loving friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 26, at 10:30am in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home, Dover with Rev. Michael E. Walters officiating. Interment will be in the Evergreen Burial Park in New Philadelphia. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday one hour prior to services.
