Gregory James “Greg” Graham, 74, of Dover passed away on Friday, June 14, 2024.
Born on November 29, 1949, in Cleveland, Ohio, He was the son of the late Charles A. Graham and Mary King Hamilton.
Greg was a graduate of Collinwood High School, Class of 1968. After completing his education, he made a significant decision to join the United States Marines. During his four years of service, Greg excelled as an avionics and fire control technician. His commitment and dedication earned him prestigious accolades such as the Good Conduct Medal and the National Defense Service Medal.
He retired after working as a heavy highway construction worker for many years in the Cleveland area. Outside of his professional life, Greg had a variety of interests that brought him joy. He found solace in riding his beloved Harley Davidson and was actively involved with the Patriot Guard. Traveling and going on cruises were among his favorite pastimes, allowing him to explore new places and create lasting memories. Greg also had a passion for collecting guns.
Greg will be deeply missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Nancy (Kuemerle) Graham, whom he married on January 19, 2015. He also leaves behind his son; Michael “Travis” (Amy) Graham of Florence, Oregon; his grandchildren, Jared Mannis, Danae Tuttle, Nicholas Graham, Nora Graham, and Heather Graham; great-grandchildren, Emma Grace Tuttle, and Lilah Mae Tuttle; his step-children, Tara (Terry) Lengler, and Jim Whitehair; step-grandchildren, Skylar Willett, Tatum Willett, and Ryan Lengler; step-great grandson, Cohen Willett; along with many extended family members.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Memory Lee Giancola; and his step-daughter, Tanya Whitehair Willett.
Cremation has been entrusted to the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory in Dover. A memorial visitation will take place at the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home in Dover on Thursday, July 11, 2024, from 1:00-3:00 pm and 5:00-7:00 pm. Pastor David Wing will officiate a service at 7:00 p.m. A private burial will be held at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
