Greta J. York

Greta J. York, 73, of Gnadenhutten, and formerly of New Hampshire died Monday, January 6, 2003 at Hennis Care Centre following an extended illness.

She retired as a bus driver from the Fall Mountain Regional School System in New Hampshire.

Born May 26, 1929 in Dover she was a daughter of the late Edward and Elizabeth Dotts Link.

She enjoyed crocheting and reading.

Greta was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Wiegand who died in 1953.

She is survived by a son: Roy (Dianne) Wiegand of Baltimore

Two grandchildren: Brandy and Jodie

Two great grandchildren

Three brothers: Edward (Bertha) Link of Dover
Bert (Karen) Link of Carrollton
Joe (Sandy) Link of Tuscarawas

Sister: Trudy (Bob) Sensel of Sherrodsville

She was also preceded in death a brother: Tom Link

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2003 at 1:30 pm in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home at Dover. Interment will be at the Dover Burial Park. Following the burial a reception will be held at the Toland-Herzig Monarch Center. Friends can call at the funeral home on Thursday one hour prior to the service.
