H. Kathryn Terakedis

H. Kathryn Terakedis, 79, of Dover died Wednesday, September 22, 2004.

Born August 19, 1925 at Uhrichsville, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Delbert Wenger and Marguerite Milligan Wenger Schmidt.

Kathryn was a graduate of the Uhrichsville High School class of 1943 and was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church at Dover. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a skilled seamstress and also enjoyed crocheting beautiful keepsakes for family members and friends.

For the sixty-one years following her wedding date June 8, 1943, she was married to the love of her life, John C. Terakedis, who survives.

Other survivors include: two sons, John (Sharon) Terakedis, Jr. of Columbus and Kirby (Marjorie) Terakedis of Northville, MI; six grandchildren, Troy, Leigh Ann, Lauren, Matthew and his wife Betsy, David and his fiancé Amber, and KayDee; a brother, Harry Wenger of Dennison; and a sister, Pauline DeMatteo of Columbus.

A funeral service that celebrates Kathryn�(TM)s life will be held Monday, September 27, at 1:00 p.m. in the Toland-Herzig Funeral home, Dover with her cousin, Rev. Harry “Bud” Milligan officiating. Interment will be in the Dover Burial Park. Friends may call in the funeral home on Sunday from 5-8 p.m.
