Helen C. Schneiter

Helen C. Schneiter, 91, of 1010 Race St., Dover, died Monday, November 8, 1999 in Union Hospital.

Born August 25, 1908 at Dover, she was daughter of the late George B. and Caroline Lieser Burtscher.

She graduated from Dover High School in 1925 and had worked as a bookkeeper for the former Pretorius Lumber Company in Dover for 15 years.  She was also a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Dover.

Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Byron T. Schneiter, who died November 22, 1983.

Grandchildren Mrs. Troy (Joann) Klairter of Grandville, MI, Jeff Mulaski of Chicago, IL, and Mrs. James (Joyce) Kirk of Lake Dallas, TX
Great grandchildren Madisyn & Grant Klairter of Grandville, MI
Sister Florence Devore of Canton
Brother Eugene Burtscher of Columbus

In addition to her parents and husband, Helen was preceded in death by: two brothers,
Bill & Gustave, and a sister, Evelyn.

A funeral mass will be held Friday, November 12, at 12 noon, in the St. Joseph Catholic Church at Dover, with Fr. William Arnold officiating.  Interment will be in the Calvary Cemetery at Dover.  Friends are invited to attend Christian Wake services on Thursday, at 7:00pm in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home at Dover.  Those unable to attend may sign the on-line register book for Helen by visiting the 'on-line obituaries' link on our website at www.tolandherzig.com.
