Helen M. Contini

Helen M. Contini, 98, of New Philadelphia died Tuesday, November 29, 2016 in the Country Club Retirement Center.

Born May 21, 1918 in Goshen she was a daughter of the late George and Mabel Collar Anderson. Helen was also preceded in death by her first husband, George Phillips in 1966; second husband, John Contini in 1976; sisters, Lottie Joy, Ida Mae Stuber, Alma Fulton; brothers, Carl, Bill and Ed Anderson.

She retired in 1980 from General Electric in Dover after 32 years of service.

Helen is survived by a niece, Sandy Stuber of Pennsylvania; great nieces, Rusty McLane and her companion, Nick Howell, Michelle (Steve) Brownlee of Tennessee; great-great nieces and nephew, Sabrina and Tessa Brownlee and Ricky McConnell.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, December 2 at 1:30 pm in the Evergreen Burial Park with Pastor Jim McConnell officiating. The Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover is handling arrangements.
