J. Scott Kastor

J. Scott Kastor, 37 of New Philadelphia died suddenly at his home Friday, November 12, 1999.

He was employed by the United States Ceramic Tile Co. in East Sparta.

Born September 2, 1962 in Dover he was a son of P. Joel and Ann Eash Kastor of Dover.

He was a member of First Moravian Church in Dover and was a 1981 graduate of Dover High School.  He was also an avid Browns and Indians fan.

Scott is survived by his wife Brenda Kay Walton Kastor with whom he celebrated eight years of marriage on October 5, 1999.

He is also survived by two step-daughters:  Mrs. Kenneth (Tonya) Risley.
                                                  Mrs. Walter (Michelle) Blunt both of New Philadelphia.

One sister:  Mrs. Scottie (Kelly) McCune of Dover.

Two granddaughters:  Samantha J. Risley and Deanna M. Blunt.

One grandson:  Jake R. Risley.

One niece:  Kyle McClead.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 16, 1999 at 10 am in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home at Dover with Pastor Allen Bergmann officiating.  Interment will be in the Evergreen Burial Park at New Philadelphia.  Friends may call at the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm.  Those unable to attend may sign the on-line register book for Scott by visiting the 'on-line obituaries' link  on our website at www.tolandherzig.com.
