James Alexander Allen, Jr.

James Alexander "Alex" Allen, Jr., age 25, was called home to the Lord on July 12, 2014. Alex was born December 10, 1988, to James Allen, Sr. and Amy Greenwood. Alex's main objective in life was to help others. He always tried to find a way to brighten someone's day, whether it be making them laugh, or making them feel special. Alex was one in a million, and had a heart of gold he was called home too soon.

In addition to his parents, James Allen (Amy) and Amy Greenwood (Jimmie Couch), he is survived by his son, Valen, and the love of his life, Willow Abel. Other survivors include his sisters, Jessica Garcia (Ryan), Melissa Hughes (Nathaniel), Victoria Finnicum (Derek), April Grimm and April Roberts; his niece; his three nephews; his grandmothers, Joyce Chaney and Terry Gibson; his grandfather, Harold Grove; as well as his aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many beloved and caring friends.

There will be two memorials for Alex, the first will be at Midvale Community Park on Friday July 18, 3 7 p.m., and the second will be at the Uhrichsville Eagles Club, 332 N. Main Street, on Sunday July 20, starting at 2 p.m. All of Alex's family and friends are invited to attend and join the family to remember and share their many wonderful memories of a very special young man.
