Janet F. Brown

Janet F. Brown, 70, of New Philadelphia passed away on Thursday, April 15, 2021 in the Cleveland Clinic.

She was born on June 13, 1950 in Dover and was a daughter of the late Frank and Barbara Yuhos Wagner. Janet was also preceded in death by her husband, Francis Brown on March 11, 2007. She is survived by her children, Mike Swegheimer, Terry (fiancé, Loretta) Drabic, Christy (Bill) Cyrus all of Dover, Charlie Bevan of New Philadelphia ; brothers, Fred (companion, Peg) Wagner of Dover, Frank Wagner, Terry Wagner; sisters, Shirley Pauline, Marilyn (Joe) Bechtel all of New Philadelphia; grandchildren, Markie, Koty, Conner, Carmella, Arianna, Cyrelle, Brooks and Brentley.

A fun loving mother and grandmother, Janet loved thrift shopping and gambling at Wheeling Island, where she won a Cadillac. She also enjoyed listening to country music and Elvis Presley.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 22nd starting at 1:30 pm in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover with Rev. Brian Flood officiating. The family will be greeting friends one hour prior to the service on Thursday. Due to Covid-19 masks and social distancing will be required.
