Janice E. Millbaugh, 56, of Dover and formerly of Barberton died suddenly at her home on Friday, February 27, 2004.
Born October 10, 1947 in Akron she was a daughter of the late Claude and Mary McVay Bise.
Janice is survived by her husband, Stanley Millbaugh with whom she celebrated 36 years of marriage on December 9, 2003.
She is also survived by her brother, Richard Bise of Wisconsin; a niece and nephew; special friends, Harold (Charlotte) Hinkle of Akron; Erin Hinkle of Akron and Garland (Penny) Wallick of Dover. She is also survived by her favorite Beagles Miss Molly and Miss Daisy.
Janice loved being outdoors and spending her “quite time” mowing the yard with a tractor that could “do the job right”, her John Deere tractor. She enjoyed going out for dinner and topping the night off with a few hours of shopping and searching for the perfect bear to add to her collection. She was a member of the National Street Rod Association for 30 years, and traveled many miles with her husband in their 39�(TM) Chevy street rod. Janice was also a 1965 graduate of Norton High School.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 2, 2004 at 11:00 am in the Church of the Good Shepherd, United Methodist at 785 South Main St. in Akron with Rev. Merlen Levering officiating. Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery also in Akron. Friends can call at the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home in Dover on Monday from 5-8 pm.
