Jeffery Allan Doig

Jeffery Allan Doig, 49, of Dover passed away suddenly on Saturday, August 10, 2013.

Born on November 25, 1964 in Fayetteville, North Carolina, he was the son of Allan and Peggy (Adams) Doig. His mother preceded him in death in 1969.

Jeffery was a graduate of Allen County Scottsville High School. He later graduated from the University of Louisville, where he received his bachelor's degree. He served our country in the United State Navy, where he was stationed in Pensacola, Florida. He was the administrator at Ten Lakes Center in Dennison for over a year.

Jeffery enjoyed being outdoors. He loved fishing, boating, and golfing. He was also an avid sports fan and especially loved the Louisville Cardinals.

He will be sadly missed by his father and step-mother; Allan (Beverly) Doig of Jeffersonville, IN; step-brother, Derek (Angie) Doig of Scottsville, KY; and his niece Alexandria Doig of Scottsville, KY.
