Jennings A. Campbell Iii

Jennings A. Campbell III, age 24, of New Philadelphia, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, December 8, 2018.



Born August 10, 1994, in Dover, he was a son of Jennings A. Jr. and Faye Frame Campbell. Jennings graduated from Tuscarawas Valley High School in 2013, and was employed by Finishing Touch Flooring, Zoarville. He earned the Boy Scouts of America’s highest honor, that of Eagle Scout. Jennings loved the outdoors, playing the guitar, and being with friends. In fact, many thought of Jennings as their best friend, or, if they were older, like a son.



Survivors include his sisters, Rachel (Zack Skukan) and Sarah Campbell; his grandmother, Amy Abbuhl; his aunts and uncles, Kim and Gerald Ulrich and Nyoka Lewis and Bob Rust; his uncles and aunts, Orvis and Michelle and Billy Bob and Beth Campbell; his niece and two nephews, Destiny and Gabriel Campbell and Ricky James; his cousins; and his many friends.



Family and friends are invited to call at the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory, Dover, on Thursday, December 13, 5 – 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held Friday, December 14, at 1:30 p.m. in the funeral home. Immediately following the service, there will be a lunch in the Toland-Herzig Monarch Center on the Boulevard in Dover.
