John C. ''Jack'' Leehan, 73, of Dover died Tuesday, July 18, 2000 at Union Hospital due to complications following surgery.
He retired from Sugarcreek Heating and Air Conditioning after ten years of service.
Born February 10, 1927 in Erie, Pennsylvania he was a son of the late John and Virginia Bumgarner Leehan.
He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and was a Navy Veteran of WW II. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed viewing wildlife.
Jack was preceded in death by his wife Ada ''Maxine'' Leehan who died on July 9, 2000.
He is survived by two sons: John W. Leehan
Tim Leehan both of Dover
Three brothers: Dan and Mary Belle Leehan of Erie, Pa.
Tom and Vicky Leehan of Albion, Pa.
Bill and Vivian Leehan of Edinboro, Pa
Granddaughter: Jacklyn Leehan of Louisville.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2000 at 12:00 pm at the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home in Dover with Fr. William Arnold officiating. Interment will be at the Dover Burial Park. Friends may call at the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
