John E. Fowler

John E. Fowler, 40, of New Philadelphia died Sunday, October 14, 2001.

Johnny had been employed by Local 515 of Canton as an ironworker.

Born May 2, 1961 at Dover, he was son of George and Virginia Patrick Fowler of New Philadelphia.

Johnny attended St. Matthews Community Church at Tabor Ridge. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was also a fine cook.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by: his children, John & Melissa Fowler of North Carolina; sister Teresa Fowler of Dover; brother George Eugene Fowler of New Philadelphia; sister Ava & Matt Dunn of Mineral City; nephews and nieces, J.J., Angie & Chloe Brooks, Patrick & Alexandra Dunn.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 18, at 10:00am in Toland-Herzig Funeral Home, Dover with Rev. Clarence Miller officiating. Interment will be in the New Cumberland Cemetery. Friends may call in the funeral home on Wednesday from 5-8pm.
